I don't use Twitter. I'm not a big fan of the whole, mass-texting people everytime I have a random though. If I want to share a random thought, I'll put it on Facebook. If people want to read my random thoughts, they can read them on Facebook (or here) at their leisure. I don't want or need to bother everyone I know by sending a message that I just ate a bowl of cheerios straight to their cell phones. But I understand that people do like Twitter, and I can see how it can be valuable. So I'm not going to go to the extreme of saying "I hate Twitter! Everybody should stop using Twitter!" But what I am going to say is: Please stop putting Twitter feeds on your damned websites!

Does anyone else think that Sitcom characters are way too dumb, and that laugh-tracks are stupid, irritating, and need to be taken out of sitcoms. All they do is remind you that there is supposed to be a joke there. So if you're not laughing, you know what that means? .... It means the joke isn't funny.

Today is a landmark day for video games and their nearly half-century struggle to be recognized as a legitimate art medium. For the first time ever, a piece of music written specifically for a video game has been nominated for a Grammy award. And today, for the first time ever, that piece of music won the award for which it was nominated!
This year's Grammy award winner for "Best Instrumental Arrangement Accompanying Vocalist(s)" was none other than Christopher Tin's Baba Yetu (the theme song from Civilization IV - the best video game ever!).
